Cancellation Policy

Please take the time to read our cancellation policy.

Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. We know your time is valuable. Ours is too.

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hrs notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This courtesy allows us the time to accommodate other guests.

  • Confirm your appointment

An email will be sent to you 5 days prior to your appt and/or SMS text message 2 days prior to your appointment, it is important you respond to it.

Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled by close of business (COB), on the day prior to the appointment.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hrs notice of the reserved service/s will be charged 50% of the services booked.

  • “No Show” appointments and appointments cancelled within 3 hrs of the service commencing, will be charged 100% of the reserved services booked.

Before you arrive

To maintain a tranquil and stress-free experience for all guests, we are unable to accommodate children unless they have an appointment for one of our services.

We provide an SMS text message appointment confirmation service to all our guests. It is computer generated and is important that you reply to it, as this automatically confirms your appointment time. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.

Please arrive at least 10 mins early, to complete our confidential client information form (if you are new to our salon) and to relax and unwind. As a courtesy to all our guests, please understand that arriving late will unfortunately encroach on the time we have to spend with you.

It is kindly requested you turn your mobile phone to silent or off so as to respect the peace of other guests.

During your treatment

Colour Allergy Policy

If you:

  • are you new to our salon

  • never had a colour before

  • have experienced any sort of sensitivities or reactions to colouring your hair before

We recommend a sensitivity test at least 24 hours prior to your colour appointment.

There is no need to make a booking for your allergy test.

If time does not permit and your unable to have the allergy test done, you will need to sign a waiver agreement that releases I Am Hair Wellness from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing and/or consequences of your colour.

Please be assured it is uncommon for allergies to occur. We like to practice safe standards in our salon and feel this to be of high importance.
